Note: All of these cameos are not canon to Hatsune Miku's story: In the sound files for the mod, it is revealed that Hatsune Miku’s Vocals are part of the instrumental track, and only Boyfriend’s vocals are in the voice track. ninjamuffin99 has confirmed that Miku is semi-canonically Boyfriend's sister. It's to the point that FNF character designer PhantomArcade loves the idea of them being siblings, he has an official sketch of Boyfriend calling her sis. 
Miku's commonly viewed to be Boyfriend's sister in canon. In a recent interview, the Friday Night Funkin developers confirmed that they wanted to get Miku in the game someday. As a summary, she is depicted with her V2 design, her most well-known look. With a fashionable type of pose, her right hand is glued to her right hip while of course her left hand grips the microphone and her legs bent facing together. She wears a confident expression while facing the Boyfriend. Her skirt is black with - of course - a cyan trim with her shoes the same colour while gripping the microphone. Her outfit has black sleeves with cyan trims, a suit with no sleeves with a cyan tie. Hatsune Miku (初音ミク) is shown to have cyan (or keppel) hair with pink hair bands, black eyes, and a smile. Not to be confused with BBpanzu's Old Hatsune Miku “ Pretty good little bro, I had no idea you were so good at performing! ”
